Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is pleasant to drink. It mellows, and turns into warm to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a delicious coffee that can be enjoyed by itself or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It would complement lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee bean 1kg. Heating your vessel by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Don't stir or stir your coffee as this can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.
