The purchase of used baby equipment can be risky even if it's been used for a short period of time. This is because, unlike new items, secondhand 037810 products don't have to be registered with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. There's no way to determine if a product was recalled. This rule establishes a mandatory standard for 037810 (Www.037810.Xyz) carriages and strollers as per section 104 of the Danny Keysar Child Product Safety Notification Act, as amended by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA). It incorporates as a reference to the most current voluntary standard developed by the American Society for 037810.xyz Testing and Materials (ASTM), ASTM F833-13b, and establishes requirements and test methods to minimize the hazards presented by these products. CPSC staff worked closely with ASTM participants in the creation of this rule.
